Shipping policy

1) Made to order
Most pieces are handmade to order. Typical making time is 2–8 weeks before dispatch. Need something sooner? Email broke_boutique@outlook.com and we’ll advise.
2) Carriers & tracking
We ship via Royal Mail (or a comparable tracked service). You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel leaves the studio.
Typical transit (guidance only):
- UK: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of world: 5–14 working days
3) Customs & duties (international)
International orders may incur duties/taxes set by your local authority. These are payable by the recipient. We can’t mark parcels as gifts or under-declare values.
4) Address changes & delivery issues
- If you need to change your address, email us before dispatch.
- If a parcel shows delivered but you can’t locate it, check with your household, neighbours and local delivery office first, then email us with your tracking number.
- If a parcel is refused or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we’ll reship once we receive it back (additional postage may apply).
5) Click & Collect / Local pickup
Not currently offered.
6) Split shipments
If we’re finishing items on different days, we may send separate parcels—you’ll get a tracking email for each.
