These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of brokeboutique.com and purchases from Broke Boutique Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use our Services or purchase from us.


3) Orders & made-to-order production

  • Most pieces are made to order. Typical lead time 2–8 weeks before dispatch (guide only).
  • Because items are handmade, minor variations may occur.
  • We may reject or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error); if so, you’ll be refunded.


 

4) Pricing, taxes & promotions

  • Prices are shown in your selected currency; charges are processed in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Taxes/duties for international orders are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
  • Discount codes are one-per-order, not transferable, and may exclude gift cards or services.
  • We do our best to avoid errors; if a pricing or availability error occurs, we’ll contact you to cancel or adjust.


5) Shipping & delivery

  • We’ll email dispatch confirmation with tracking (where available).
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

 

6) Returns, exchanges & cancellations

  • Your rights and the process are set out in our Returns policy.
  • Made-to-order items are created specifically for you; we follow your statutory rights and our goodwill policy as described there.
  • To start a return, email broke_boutique@outlook.com with your order number.

 

7) Product care & materials

  • We work with reclaimed butyl inner-tube rubber (latex-free, animal-product-free) and selected hardware.
  • Follow the care guidance on each product page. Normal wear (e.g., brass patina) is not a defect.

 

8) Accounts & content

  • You’re responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any activity under your login.
  • If you share reviews/UGC with us or tag us, you grant us a non-exclusive right to feature that content on our site, email and social channels, with credit.

 

9) Intellectual property

All content on the site (designs, images, text, logos) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit it without permission.

 

10) Prohibited uses

You must not use the site for unlawful activity, to infringe IP rights, to upload malware, to harass/abuse others, to scrape/spam, or to interfere with site security.

 

11) Warranties & liability

  • The site is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

 

12) Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify and may link to third-party sites/services. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.

 

13) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new date above will apply when posted.
